The training rides listed below happen consistently throughout the year with some slight seasonal variation to starting times and distances.


Please check current details with club members if possible.


Please note the details regarding the intensity of the ride and choose rides to suit your fitness level.


NOTE : All these rides start before sunrise, for your safety and that of other riders in the bunch all riders MUST have FRONT and REAR lights that function.


This will make it easier for other road users to see us on the road and also make sure the bunch doesn’t ride through pot holes and other debris.


Please don’t wear rear lights on your back jersey pocket (or under your vest) as cars can not see these, the club has had several complaints from the public about this. Check the batteries regularly to make sure your lights are actually visible.
