HANDICAP RACE

WHEN
This weekend's racing will be held at YEPPOON, with nominations from 1:15pm, and racing to start at 2:00pm. Registration will be at Rotary Park (carpark beside the caravan park). All riders neeed to ensure they have arrived and nominated on time so that racing can commence on schedule.
WHERE
The course is the usual one, starting at ROTARY PARK, YEPPOON , adjacent to the Beachside Caravan Park, just north of Yeppoon, heading towards Rydges Capricorn resort. The start / finish point is about 2km north of Yeppoon's main street, on the beachfront.
NOTE:Registration will be at Rotary Park (carpark beside the caravan park). All riders neeed to ensure they have arrived and nominated on time so that racing can commence on schedule.
THE COURSE
The race starts opposite the Beachside Caraven Park, and heads north towards the Rydges Capricorn resort roundabout, then further north towards Farnborough (along Farnborough Road). Along this road is a 15km circuit, which is the "Brown's Lane" circuit, which riders willcover a number of times, depending on grade (see below). After completing the circuit the required number of times, riders will then turn back towards Yeppoon (out of Brown's Lane), back to the start/finish line.
RACE DISTANCE
A,B and C Grades will complete 55km , D & E Grade 30km , F Grade 10km - out & back.
HOW TO GET THERE
The live map below shows Yeppoon, with the red marker at the start/finish point. Registration is at the park directly opposite this point. To find your way there, zoom back.
FEES (NOT INCLUDING TRANSPONDER FEES)
Nomination fees are $10.00 / Juniors to U17 $5.00
Riders must be licenced-or purchase a day licence on race day .
